Join Tashi for a whole-body tone-up session. This class will stimulate your metabolism, awaken your core, ignite your inner fire and bring you home to your innate strength. You don’t need to do all the repetitions if you’re not up for it today but this is a good session to do regularly to keep your inner fire strong.

This session offers a whole body recharge; toning up the connections, stimulating the metabolism and flooding the body with heat. Join Tashi for a short but powerful movement session. Go at your own pace, do what you can, don’t push too hard… You might use this session regularly to create overall strength and tone.

CULTIVATE BALANCE

This is an easy-going session to explore coordination challenges. Tashi invites you to find a sense of balance, from the physical towards the emotional and psychological. During this session there is an ongoing invitation to experience balance between right and left, front and back but ultimately between body and mind.

HOW TO HANDSTAND

Tashi really enjoys being upside down and teaches a lot of people to enjoy handstands. We are all at different levels though and the hardest thing is getting the feet of the ground. This tutorial gives quick tips on how you can get your feet off the floor using blocks, a bolster and the wall. Follow along if you have warmed up first or just use Tashi’s suggestions in your practice or teaching.

GROUND, BREATHE & RESET

Sometimes we just need to connect and find a natural recharge. This simple, all levels sequence is designed to shift your mood and slow you down. You can practice it in the morning or evening – just give yourself permission to take some time out to feel and move.

ASHTANGA & HEADSTAND PLAY

Tashi guides you through the Ashtanga Sun Salutations and standing poses, highlighting how you might practice these postures safely and with the greatest benefit. The session then switches into more of a workshop-style class, focusing on tips and suggestions for developing your Headstand.
