Yoga as Self-Practice
Tashi’s teaching objective is clear: she aims to guide each student towards developing a deep love for yoga as a self-led practice.
Yoga as a Life Habit
Since 2004, Tashi has made annual trips to India to deepen her yoga knowledge. In 2013, she received level 2 authorisation from Sharat Jois of KPJAYI to teach the Ashtanga Vinyasa Yoga.
Tashi has searched far and wide for her truth, she has completed courses and trainings in yoga all over the world in the last 20 years in Ashtanga Vinyasa, Classical Hatha and Sivananda yoga.
She is trained in the Dynamic Yoga Training method with Godfrey Devereux and the Purna Yoga method with John Ogilvie.
