This is a yoga immersion opportunity, a precious supported deep dive into living the practice of yoga

Price : €840 per week for up to 4 weeks

WHAT IS THIS?
There are two objectives for the mentorship program.
PRACTICE – find out what is missing in your practice and give it some attention and space.
TEACH – develop teaching skills, if that is your interest, to refine your intentions and enhance your method.
REFLECT – an opportunity to establish yoga as a daily habit.
The practice and study hours are around 4 hours a day, volunteering on the retreat for around 2hrs a day with one day off each week.
Tashi has worked with recognised leaders in the retreat field and has been teaching yoga since the late 90’s, this immersion offers a rare insight into the yoga teachings and the industry.

DRIVING We recommed driving so you can enjoy the region map
Nearest centres Arezzo (25 min) Siena (30 min) Perugia and Florence (50 minutes) Pisa and Rome (2 hours)
TRAIN Use Google maps to navigate from your arrival city to either Arezzo (then get a transfer €40) or to Monte San Savino (free pick up) the Trenitalia ticketing site is also in English here.
AIRPORT TRANSFER We can arrange transfers direct from Florence Airport for €180
OUR RECOMMENDATION Fly into Florence, get a taxi to Firenze Santa Maria Novella, catch a comfy train to Arezzo (30 – 60mins, regular services) then a transfer from Arezzo for €40 (about 90mins journey from the airport)
MOST AFFORDABLE OPTION Train to Arezzo + Regional train or bus to Monte San Savino and we can pick you up in Monte San Savino.
